Laura Paine has a diverse work experience in the operations and manufacturing field. Laura started their career at Bayle OP in 1984, where they worked as a Product Manager until 1987. Laura then joined Gotcha Sportwear in 1988 and served as a Production Manager until 1992. After gaining valuable experience at Gotcha Sportswear, Laura moved on to Element Skateboards, Plan B, and Von Zipper in 2004, assuming the role of Director of Operations and Manufacturing. Laura held this position until 2012 when they joined RVCA as the VP of Operations and Manufacturing. Overall, Laura Paine has demonstrated a strong background and expertise in overseeing operations and manufacturing processes.
