Faith Bey serves as a Product Owner at the Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) since February 2024, leading a cross-functional team to develop Imisanzu, a digital platform enhancing members' access to contributions and benefits. Previously, Faith held various roles at Irembo, including Chief of Staff, where collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholder engagement were key responsibilities. As an Executive Partner, strategic project coordination and innovative workshops were instrumental in improving public digital payment processes. Prior experience includes roles in software engineering at exuus ltd and Andela, alongside human intelligence tasks at isahit, training facilitation at Resonate, and project coordination at Empowering Villages Rwanda.

Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) was established by the Law N° 009/2021 of 16/02/2021 that determines its mission and vision. The mandate of RSSB is to administer social security in the country. RSSB has a legal personality, administrative and financial autonomy and is supervised by the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MINECOFIN). RSSB manages 6 schemes namely: Pension, Occupational Hazard, Medical scheme, CBHI, Maternity Leave Benefits and EjoHeza (Long Term Saving Scheme) . Vision "RSSB envisions a comprehensive social security system that addresses all social security needs of all Rwandans." Mission "Provide high quality social security services, ensure efficient collection of contribution, benefits provision, management and prudent investment of members’ funds'."
