Doug Destefano

Doug DeStefano has extensive experience in pharmacy operations, currently serving as Corporate Vice President of Pharmacy Operations at RWJBarnabas Health since November 2019, following roles as Corporate AVP and Corporate Director in the same organization. Prior to this, Doug held the position of Director of Pharmacy Services at Saint Barnabas Medical Center from March 2016 to November 2019 and at Jersey City Medical Center-Barnabas Health from January 2015 to March 2016. Doug's career at Saint Barnabas Medical Center began in October 1993, where duties included Assistant Director of Pharmacy Services, Baylor Charge Pharmacist, Sterile Products Supervisor, and Clinical Staff Pharmacist. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Rutgers University and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Shenandoah University.
