Dragos Munteanu

Dragos Munteanu is a seasoned professional in machine learning and research and product development, currently serving as Vice President at RWS Group since January 2021. Prior to this role, Dragos was with SDL plc from January 2010 to January 2021, holding the positions of Vice President and Director of Research and Development, as well as Product Manager and Research Scientist. Dragos also contributed to Language Weaver as a Research Scientist from January 2007 to January 2010 and began a career at the University of Southern California Information Sciences Institute as a Research Assistant from January 2001 to January 2006. Dragos earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a focus on Statistical Machine Translation from the University of Southern California and completed an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2014.
