Tony Bolger

Tony Bolger is a seasoned bioinformatician with over a decade of experience in the field, currently employed at RWTH Aachen University since 2012. Prior to this role, Tony contributed to the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Plant Physiology from 2009 to 2012. Tony's career began in software development, holding positions at RTE as a Software Developer from 1996 to 1999, and at Palamon Technologies as Founder and Senior Software Developer from 2000 to 2004. A consultant at Amdocs from 2004 to 2008, Tony has a strong foundation in computer science, having earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Dublin City University between 1993 and 1997. Further education includes studies at the University of Potsdam.
