Suzy Nwe has a diverse work experience in human resources. Suzy started their career in 2019 as an HR intern at Lotte Hotel Yangon, where they gained insights into various aspects of HR, including employee upskilling and well-being. In 2021, they interned as a Human Resources Intern at Curtin University. Most recently, Suzy held roles at Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) starting in December 2021. In their position as a People & Capability Administrator, they focused on end-to-end recruitment and ensuring a positive experience for candidates. Suzy is currently working as a Talent Support Officer at RWWA, where they continue to prioritize the recruitment process and support new employees throughout their journey.

Suzy Nwe completed their education in a chronological order. Suzy first attended Curtin College from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a Diploma in Commerce. Following that, they enrolled at Curtin University and pursued a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom from 2018 to 2019, with a focus on International Business. Recently, from 2020 to 2022, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources at Curtin University.

Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) is a dynamic, versatile and commercial organisation that operates in meeting and furthering the needs of the racing and wagering industry in Western Australia. Our purpose is to ensure the long-term sustainability of the WA racing industry and we achieve this goal through being the controlling authority for the three racing codes of thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing in Western Australia as well as incorporating wagering through the TAB. We are unique to other racing and wagering jurisdiction across Australia which provides various opportunities and benefits for our customers, the racing industry, employees and stakeholders.
