Bailey Rupp

Bailey Rupp has a diverse work experience that includes project management, business analysis, sales support, and customer engagement. Bailey'srecent role as a Project Manager at Rx Savings Solution involved managing several concurrent, high visibility projects using Agile methods. Bailey collaborated with team leaders to define priorities/timelines, supported the Salesforce team in managing expectations, and identified and led initiatives around areas of improvement. Prior to this role, they worked as a Solution Analyst at StoneX Group Inc., where they were a primary point of contact for Salesforce, sales systems and process support. Bailey coordinated and conducted training on sales systems and processes, communicated across management, sales and support teams, and maintained strong relationships with internal and external clients. Additionally, they worked at Custom Truck One Source as a Business Systems Analyst and at Cerner Corporation as an Engagement Controller and Adoption Coach. Bailey has experience in customer service and management roles with Kansas City Royals and Baja Tanning, respectively.

Bailey Rupp attended William Jewell College from 2013 to 2017 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science, with a concentration in Applied Critical Thought and Inquiry. In 2022, Bailey obtained a certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce.
