Chris Woods has worked for a variety of companies, beginning in 2006 as a Naval Officer for the US Navy. In 2013, they became a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. In 2014, they were an Assistant Brand Manager at nuun & co. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Kashi Company in roles as a Brand Manager and Associate Brand Manager. Currently, they are a Senior Brand Manager, Innovation at RXBAR.

Chris Woods received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy in 2006. Chris then went on to obtain a Masters of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland in 2012. In the same year, they attended the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) in Patagonia. In 2014, they enrolled in Kaplan College-San Diego to pursue a career in Real Estate. Additionally, they hold a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland, University College, as well as a Security + certification from CompTIA.
