Jason Kerr

Jason Kerr currently serves as the Chief Accounting Officer for RXO since November 2022, overseeing accounting, reporting, and compliance functions while aligning resources with strategic goals for various operations. Additionally, Jason holds the position of Chief Accounting Officer for North American Transportation at XPO, a role also initiated in October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Chief Accounting Officer at BWX Technologies, Inc. from November 2010 to October 2022, and holding senior audit roles at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen & Co. Jason Kerr earned a Master's degree in Accounting from the College of Charleston, completing the program in 1999.
