Mike Alicea

Mike Alicea is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in compensation, relationship management, and leadership within the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Director, Head of Executive Compensation, Global Payroll & HRIS at RXO since August 2022, Mike previously held the position of Executive Director, Relationship Management at Morgan Stanley from May 2021 to May 2022. Prior to this role, Mike was the Regional Vice President at E*TRADE, where responsibilities included leading a team in managing strategic corporate accounts. Mike also served as Vice President - National Group Manager at Fidelity Investments for 14 years, overseeing corporate stock plan clients and leading a team of Managing Directors. Mike's earlier career includes various leadership roles at Merrill Lynch in Stock Services. Educationally, Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Secondary Education from Rowan University.
