Alan Bracher

Alan Bracher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managed services and network engineering. Since February 2014, Alan has served as the Director of Advanced Managed Services at RYCOM, overseeing operations of the Advanced Managed Services group, including the Network Operations Center, Network Engineering, Systems Administrators, and IT Security, while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Prior to this role, Alan worked as a Network Analyst at Rycom Inc from May 2005 to May 2013, where responsibilities included designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise networks, particularly in the payments industry, and achieving PCI DSS Level 1 certification. Additionally, Alan served as a Technical Support Expert at Fujitsu Transaction Solutions from 2000 to 2005, providing second-level support for self-checkout systems. Alan holds a degree from the University of New Brunswick, attended from 1989 to 1992.
