Mike Diehl

Mike Diehl currently serves as the President of the Texas Division at Rycon Construction, Inc. since January 2022, building on extensive experience in construction and project management. Previously, Mike held the position of Vice President of Construction at Satterfield & Pontikes Construction from June 2007 to January 2022, where a focus on technology, customer service, and integrity shaped operations. Additional roles include Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Pontikes Development, Sr. Project Manager at Williams Development Construction, and Program Manager at AFN Communications. Notable achievements include managing a $185 million fiber optic backbone project and leading project controls for major pipeline initiatives during tenure at Fluor Corporation. Mike Diehl earned an MS in Engineering from Oklahoma State University and an Associate of Arts in Architecture from the University of Florida.
