Robert Heathcote currently serves as Group Operations Director at Rydal Group, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Robert was with Air IT from February 2020 to August 2024, where the positions of Head of Regional Operations and Head of Service emphasized the importance of customer satisfaction in managed services, achieving CSAT scores of 98% or higher. From December 2012 to January 2020, Robert led the Network Operation Centre at Timico Ltd, expanding a team from 21 to 80 and focusing on ITIL-based service delivery. Previous roles include Head of End User Support at Capita and Ramesys, where Robert managed large teams providing support under the Building Schools for the Future programme, as well as various technical and management positions at Computerland. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Coventry University.
