Stephen Watkins is the Director of Operations at Rydal Group since February 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing operations and ensuring service delivery to meet client needs. Previously, Stephen held the position of Senior Business Consultant and Retentions & Business Development Manager, focusing on maintaining best practices across the customer base and adapting to client strategies. Earlier in the career, Stephen worked as a Sales Executive at Coca-Cola Enterprises from June 2009 to February 2010. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from The University of Manchester, obtained in 2010, and graduated from The Deepings School in 2006.

Two factors have remained constant – Steffan’s initial vision to provide high quality consultative advice to telecom buyers and Rydal’s aim to maintain an excellent reputation through delivery of its three core values – Consult, Connect & Care.
