Diana Alejandra Jimenez Aguirre

Diana Alejandra Jimenez Aguirre is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in legal operations and data protection. Currently serving as the Head of Legal Ops and Data Protection Officer at Rydoo since June 2019, Diana has previously held the position of Legal Operations Specialist. At the Supervisory Agency for Investment in Energy and Mining of Peru (Osinergmin), from January 2014 to August 2017, Diana worked as a Lawyer Supervisor and Analyst, providing guidelines and technical support to regional offices on complex legal matters. Earlier experience includes a role as a Legal Intern in a specialized training course in Energy and Administrative Law and serving as a Graduate Civil Service at the Public Defenders Office, where administrative and legal support was provided. Diana holds an LL.M. in Law and Technology from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Derecho from Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego, complemented by an exchange program in Droit at Avignon Université.
