Camilla Rykke Merrick

Camilla Rykke Merrick is a highly experienced corporate securities attorney, currently serving as Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Ryerson Holding Corp. Prior to this role, Camilla held various legal positions at Ryerson and Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. Camilla also has government experience, having worked at The Banking, Insurance and Securities Commission of Norway and the Ministry of Health and Care Services. Camilla holds a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law, as well as an LLM in Comparative Law and a JD (Candidate Juris) from the University of Oslo. Camilla completed their education at Oslo Handelsgymnasium.
