Sriram Sitaraman

Sriram Sitaraman is an experienced professional in operations and technical services with a strong background in quality assurance, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Services at Ryerson since October 2016, Sriram focuses on developing cost-saving strategies and guiding new business transitions. Previous roles include Director of Operations at National Standard, Director of Global QA at Autonomy, and VP of Operations at TydenBrooks, where Sriram implemented significant improvements in customer service and operational efficiency. Sriram's expertise was further demonstrated through various leadership roles at Ryerson, where transformative initiatives led to remarkable increases in on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Sriram holds a Master's in Advanced Physical Metallurgy from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor's in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
