Giovanna Rueda has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and industries. Giovanna began their career as the Jefe de prensa at Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano in 2008. From there, they worked as a Practicas universitarias, Producción y Contenidos at Citytv Bogotá, where they developed content for the youth segment and assisted in live performances. In 2011, they joined Fundación Argentina Arché as a Consultora de Imagen y Comunicación Institucional, providing recommendations on corporate identity and communication strategies. Simultaneously, they worked at Manzi Publicidad S.A. as an Account Manager and Content Producer, handling clients and proposing content ideas for various publications. Following this, Giovanna joined Socialmetrix in 2014 and held multiple roles, including Senior Client Partner, Coordinator of Research & Analytics, and Team Leader. In these positions, they managed client relationships, presented analytical reports, conducted market analysis, and supervised a classification service. Giovanna also served as a Client Partner for PepsiCo Beverages, coordinating the digital analytics project for seven countries. Most recently, Giovanna worked at S1 Gateway as a Key Account Manager, where they managed key accounts, identified insights for strategic decision-making, and led projects from client onboarding to the delivery of comprehensive solutions.
Giovanna Rueda has a diverse educational background. In 2004, they attended the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano and obtained a degree in Social Communication and Journalism, with a focus on communication, journalism, and public relations. From 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master's degree in Corporate Communication Management at the Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales, specializing in internal and external communication, public relations, business management, and entrepreneurship. In 2019, they completed a Digital Marketing course at Digital House to enhance their knowledge in marketing. From 2020 to 2022, they attended CEOP Centro de Entrenamiento Ontológico y Profesional, where they obtained a degree in Ontological Coaching, emphasizing coaching techniques. In 2022, Giovanna also completed a post-degree in Neuroscience and Coaching from the same institution, further exploring the connections between neurosciences and coaching.
