Joseph Anthony Borchardt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in property management, corporate operations, therapeutic recovery, and customer service. Currently serving as a Multiproperty Management/Corporate Operations Coordinator at S2 Residential since September 2021, Joseph has also held roles such as Therapist/Advisor in private practice and Multi-property Assistant Property Manager at JLB Partners and American Communities. Past positions include Corporate Manager at LA Fitness, Massage Therapist/Manager at Massage Envy, and Assistant Store Manager at Wal-Mart Stores Inc. Joseph's expertise encompasses management, training, customer relations, and therapeutic practices, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a focus on HR/Customer Relations and a Massage Therapy License.
