Monica S. has extensive experience in management and business services, currently serving as Shared Services Manager at SA Power Networks since February 2012, where Monica has also held roles including Business Services Manager, Business Services Coordinator, Resource Planner, Scheduler, and Substation Maintenance Data Manager. Previously, Monica worked at Wesfarmers as Coordinator Investigations and Profit Protection from February 2010 to February 2012 and at AGL as Business Account Manager and Business Analyst between March 2001 and November 2006. Monica holds a degree in Agricultural Science from the University of Adelaide, earned in November 2001, and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and Management at the University of South Australia, expected to be completed in December 2023.
