Wisam al-Arrakee

Wisam Al-Arrakee is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software development, application management, and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst Programmer at SA Power Networks since March 2013, Wisam provides third-level support for IT services, designs and develops applications, and manages all SAPN CRP applications. Previous roles include Senior Research Officer at Macquarie University, where Wisam developed an image processing application for tracking bees, and a Programmer at the Defence and Systems Institute at the University of South Australia, focusing on a grammar and spelling tool for IBM software. Additionally, Wisam held the position of Team Leader at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, contributing to the development of a national security tracking system.
