Laurence Earl

Laurence Earl has extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the defense and aerospace sectors, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Operational Excellence at Saab since October 2011. Previous positions at Saab include Head of Commercial & Business Support for Missile Systems and various roles in sales, marketing, and operational management. Laurence also held the position of Deputy Head of Business Unit Missile Systems at Saab Dynamics AB and Director In-Service Support at Saab AB. Early career highlights include roles at Ultra Electronics and BAE Systems, where diverse responsibilities were undertaken from marketing to business development. Laurence holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) in Manufacturing Engineering with Economics from the University of Hertfordshire and completed the International Executive Programme in Global Corporate/Business Strategy and Leadership at the Stockholm School of Economics in 2014.
