Matthew McCaffer has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Sales Representative at Vector Marketing in 2011, where they achieved impressive sales results. Matthew then progressed to the role of Sales Manager at Vector Marketing in 2012. In 2014, they joined International Development Services, Inc. as a Senior Executive, where they developed and led a team of outside sales representatives, generating over $100 million in revenue from 2018 to 2021. Their responsibilities included analyzing clients' operations and financial standing to recommend suitable tools and services. Matthew also mentored new hires both on-site and at company-wide conferences. In 2022, Matthew held the position of Director of Sales at Think before transitioning to the same role at SaaS Academy by Dan Martell.
Matthew McCaffer attended Lycoming College from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry.
