Mounica Reddy has cultivated a diverse career in technology and entrepreneurship, currently serving as a Volunteer on the Data Team at SaaSBOOMi since November 2020, contributing to the development of India's SaaS ecosystem. Prior to this role, Mounica was a Board Member at TiE Nizamabad, where efforts were focused on fostering entrepreneurship through mentoring and networking in a tier-3 town. Mounica also held significant positions at Oracle as a Software Development Project Lead and previously as a Senior Software Developer and Software Developer, working on key features in Automatic Storage Management for Oracle RAC databases. Mounica's early experience includes a Software Engineer internship at the Max Planck Institute for Informatics. Academically, Mounica earned a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.

SaaSBoomi is a community of SaaS Founders and product builders shaping India’s SaaS industry. We came together in the summer of 2015 as an informal group of SaaS founders looking to network and learn from each other. Since then, India’s SaaS industry has grown to become over $1.5 billion in annual revenues, with around 800 companies as an active part of the community. Our mission is to help SaaS founders learn from each other’s journeys across different life stages of their companies-from ARR of $0 to $100 million and beyond.
