Prior to this role, Preet was the Senior Vice President Investments at Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in underwriting and marketing single tenant net leased assets and anchored shopping centers/power centers. Preet holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Economics from Hunter College.
