Matyas Goshu is an experienced NDT Engineer currently employed at Sabena technics since February 2025, following a position as an NDT Inspector at Ethiopian Airlines from March 2015 to August 2025. Prior to this, Matyas worked as an Aircraft Technician with Ethiopian airliners. Matyas has completed extensive training in aerospace inspection, achieving Level II certifications in Magnetic Particle Testing, Penetrant Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, and Eddy Current Testing through Aerospace Inspection Training (AIT) between 2023 and 2024. Matyas holds a Diploma of Aircraft Maintenance Technician from Ethiopian Airlines Aviation Academy and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Gage University College. Additionally, Matyas earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Addis Ababa University Institute of Technology and a Certificate of participation in Radiation Protection and Safety Technician from the Ethiopian Technology Authority.
