With extensive experience at CIKLUM IT SPAIN SL as a People Partner, Irina has acted as a trusted partner to business teams, enhancing employee life-cycle processes and implementing effective people policies. Prior roles at Ciklum involved managing HR services for international clients, leading HR teams, and developing HR strategies. Irina began a career in HR at PrivatBank, where foundational analytical skills were cultivated in the Psychological Department. Irina holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Dnepropetrovsk National University.
