Sanjeev Kulkarni

Sanjeev Kulkarni is an accomplished professional in ESG and sustainability, currently serving as the Head of ESG & Sustainability at Sabi since June 2024. In this role, Sanjeev integrates ESG and CSR principles into FinTech services to promote sustainable growth and ethical practices within African markets. Prior to Sabi, Sanjeev worked at Stantec as an ESG/Climate practitioner from February 2023 to May 2024, focusing on GHG projects and sustainability initiatives. Similar responsibilities were held at Siriska Ventures from October 2016 to January 2023. Additionally, Sanjeev led diverse projects at CHMR Consultants over a 21-year tenure, covering various sectors including oil and gas, industrial chemicals, and ecological restoration. Sanjeev holds a Master of Science in Environmental & Resource Engineering from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry and a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering Technology from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
