Shontell Hughes has extensive experience in benefits administration and human resources operations. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in AMR Benefits & Well-Being at SABIC since August 2019, Shontell manages various aspects of benefits design, service delivery, and regulatory compliance. Previously, as Global Benefits Manager at Just Energy, Shontell led the global benefits team and ensured compliance and process improvements for benefit offerings. Shontell's earlier role as Onsite Senior Benefits/Leaves Analyst for Aldine ISD involved operational oversight of outsourced leave and benefits programs, while experience at Mercer as Senior Team Lead included analyzing team performance and implementing incentive programs. Shontell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
