Aqeel Wahaj

Aqeel Wahaj is a seasoned database professional with extensive experience in database engineering and administration. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Database Engineer at Sabre Corporation since October 2015, Aqeel has held various titles including Manager of Database Administration and Principal Database Administration. Prior to this, significant roles included Senior Oracle DBA at IT Verticals Inc., and Oracle DBA positions at Worldwide Software Services, United Bank Limited, and Auriga Associates. An early career involved providing outsourced DBA services and training at Merit Consultants. Aqeel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Baltimore, obtained between 2001 and 2003.
