Celia Pereiro

Celia Pereiro is an experienced professional in the payments and financial services industry, currently serving as Managing Director of Payments at Sabre Corporation since February 2021. Previously, Celia founded and directed Smart Collab, a technological platform developed to address workforce challenges during the health crisis, from January 2020 to February 2021. Prior to that, Celia held leadership roles, including Head of Travel Payments Business Unit at Amadeus IT Group from 2012 to 2020, and was instrumental in establishing Monty Global Payments as a top money transfer company in Spain from 2003 to 2011. Celia's earlier experiences include strategic positions at Banco Santander and BBVA, focusing on e-business and Internet projects, as well as fostering new distribution technologies at Amadeus. Celia holds a Master’s degree in General Management from IESE Business School and dual Bachelor's degrees in Law and Economics from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
