Doug Johnson

Doug Johnson served as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Sabre Corporation from August 2011 to June 2023, leading initiatives that transformed HR operations and enhanced the employee experience. Johnson managed a large team to execute global realignment, assess leadership capabilities, and navigate multiple M&A processes, ensuring the company emerged from the COVID pandemic successfully. Prior to Sabre, Johnson held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Dean Foods, where a start-up HR function was developed, and served as CHRO and Vice President at Epsilon, overseeing HR for a significant business unit. Earlier career experience includes roles at CompuCom Systems, Inc. and BancTec. Johnson holds a BA in Political Philosophy from The University of Dallas.
