Jim Terpstra

Jim Terpstra is an accomplished corporate development executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic initiatives, and legal counsel. Currently serving as VP of Corporate Development at Sabre Corporation since October 2024, Jim previously held leadership roles including SVP of Strategic Initiatives and VP of Corporate Development at Cameo. Prior to that, Jim was VP of Business and Corporate Development at SpotHero and led global strategy and business development for Groupon Coupons. Jim's legal expertise includes serving as Assistant General Counsel for M&A, Corporate and Securities at Groupon, and as an associate at Vedder Price and Mayer Brown, where Jim focused on complex corporate matters. Jim holds a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a degree from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
