Brian J Moore

Brian J Moore has extensive experience in quality control and compliance management within the food industry. Currently serving as the Quality Control Manager at Swiss American CDMO since December 2015, Brian previously held key roles at S3 Sanitation Cleaning, including Process Compliance Auditor and National Operations Manager from December 2013 to August 2015. Earlier in their career, Brian worked at BEF Foods, Inc. as a Sanitation Supervisor from February 2009 to November 2013, and began their journey at Tyson Foods as a Line Supervisor from October 2005 to February 2009.
