Jim O'Connor

Jim O'Connor has extensive experience in information technology and customer service, currently serving as Information Technology Procurement Manager at Sacred Heart University since May 2017. O'Connor has held various roles at the university, including Manager of Mobile Computing Services, Help Desk Supervisor, Senior Technical Service Specialist, and Technical Service Specialist. Prior to this, O'Connor worked at Apple from 2012 to April 2017, where responsibilities included serving as Genius, Technical Specialist, and Specialist, providing troubleshooting support and training for Apple devices and software. O'Connor's educational background includes studies at both Sacred Heart University and Western Connecticut State University.
