Tom Barrett

Tom Barrett is an experienced basketball professional currently serving as the Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach at Sacred Heart University since May 2023. Prior to this role, Barrett held the position of Director of External Men’s Basketball Operations at Rutgers University from September 2021 to May 2023, and served as the Coordinator of Men's Basketball Operations at Sacred Heart University from August 2017 to August 2021. Earlier career highlights include roles as Director of Men's Basketball Operations/Recruiting Coordinator at the University of Maine, Video Coordinator for Men's Basketball at the University of Delaware, and various coaching positions at Downingtown East High School. Additionally, Barrett has experience in operations at Zoomer and procurement at Boeing. Barrett earned a Finance degree from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, completing studies from 2009 to 2012, and graduated from Unionville High School in 2008.
