Faisal Alavi has extensive experience in the civil engineering and construction sectors, notably serving as Chief Operations Officer for SACYR's I-10 project with Calcasieu Bridge Partners from September 2017 to September 2024, overseeing the P3 Project for the Louisiana Department of Transportation & Development. Prior to this role, Faisal developed the Estimating Division for SACYR in the US and held positions as Chief Estimator at New West Development, Project Manager/Estimator at Kailas Contractors, and Lead Business Development & Proposals Officer at All State Engineering & Testing Consultants, Inc. Early career experience includes serving as a Planning Engineer at Karcon Pvt. Ltd. Faisal holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
