Fasil Wolde

Fasil Wolde currently serves as the M-PESA Operations Manager for Training and Customer Education at Safaricom Telecommunications Ethiopia PLC, a position held since May 2023, following a role as an M-PESA Training and Customer Education Specialist. Prior to this, Fasil worked as an Associate Skill Developer at iSON Xperiences Ltd from June 2022 to May 2023. Fasil holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Addis Ababa University, completed in December 2020, and is furthering education in Customer Experience and related areas through programs at SafaricomET and iSON Xperiences, which began in April 2022.
