Usha Challa

Usha Challa is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience across various roles in data engineering and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at SAFE Credit Union since December 2024, Usha has previously contributed to PRISM as a Data Engineer and held the position of Lead Data Scientist at Blue Shield of California, where significant machine learning initiatives were presented to senior executives. Usha's prior roles include Senior Software Engineer positions at einfosys and Entisys360, focusing on ETL pipeline development, automation of reporting processes, and application integration.
