Rodney Phillips

Rodney (Rod) Phillips is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for Safe Fleet since September 2019, Phillips previously excelled at Ford Motor Company from 1995 to 2019 as a Commercial Business Manager, where strong relationships with 42 Ford Commercial Vehicle Center Dealers in the New England states were developed to meet sales and market share goals. Phillips also held various roles in sales and marketing between 1995 and 2001, including being the Project Manager for Premier Automotive Group and assuming several management positions within the Lincoln Mercury Division. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management Sciences from Duke University and completed college preparatory education at John P Stevens High School in Edison, NJ.
