Michael Lesando

Director of Sales Eastern US at Safe Harbor Access Systems

Michael Lesando has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. From 1990 to 1995, they worked as a Designer at Pee Dee Pool Company, where they designed custom concrete pools and water features and also assisted in the construction process. During their time there, they received state awards for their pool designs.

In 1997, they joined Southeastern Steel as an Estimating Manager, starting in production control and eventually moving into the Estimating and Project Management group. Michael used AutoCAD to create templates for steel plate shapes and managed various projects until 2005.

From 2005 onwards, Michael worked at Safe Harbor Access Systems as the Director of Sales Eastern US. In this role, they oversaw the sales and distribution of custom fall prevention equipment for rail, truck, and barge. Michael also managed a large group of distributors and manufacturer representatives for Safe Harbor products.

In 2020, they joined Montague Legacy Group as the Director of Sales, where they currently work.

Michael Lesando attended Francis Marion University from 1988 to 1990, where they studied Math & Science. Following this, they pursued an Associates degree in Civil Engineering at Florence - Darlington Technical from 1995 to 1997.
