Derrick Daniel Mwikyo

Derrick Daniel Mwikyo is a Systems Reliability Engineer at SafeBoda, with experience dating back to October 2020, previously holding roles as a Product Support Engineer and Product Support Associate, where responsibilities included training internal teams on troubleshooting, analyzing product performance through logs and metrics, and providing customer feedback. Prior to these roles, Derrick served as a Payments Associate, executing financial processes and reviewing payment packages, and worked as a Payments Intern, liaising with various stakeholders to address customer needs. Derrick’s career began at Girl Talk Uganda as a Communications Officer, where skills in relationship cultivation and information analysis were developed. Derrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Development Studies from Kyambogo University.
