Nathan Felton is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in corporate recruiting. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Safelite since October 2018, Nathan leads a specialized team focused on connecting customer-driven individuals with rewarding career opportunities. Prior to Safelite, Nathan held the position of Recruiting and Retention Manager at Bulk Transit Corporation, where responsibilities included developing and executing recruitment strategies across thirteen locations. Additionally, Nathan worked as an Executive Recruiter at Rowlette, Inc., providing full-cycle recruiting and consulting services for leading financial institutions. Nathan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University.
