Matt Weis

Matt Weis is a seasoned professional in the energy and environmental sectors, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of Safety Radar since October 2022. Safety Radar is recognized as the first AI-enabled platform aimed at preventing jobsite accidents through behavioral risk tracking and training. Prior to this, Matt Weis held various roles at Coterra Energy and Cimarex Energy, focusing on corporate reserve engineering and business operations. Additional experience includes positions as an Air Quality Scientist at Apex Companies, LLC, and as an Engineering Tech at Apache Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed compliance reporting and emissions management. Matt Weis began their career as an Environmental Programs Specialist at the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Earth and Ecological Studies from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
