Liz Raczi has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Liz is currently serving as the Interim Head of People at Saffron Building Society. Prior to this, Liz spent several years at BNP Paribas Securities Services, where they held various roles. From 2015 to 2022, they served as the Global Diversity and Employee Engagement Manager, responsible for driving diversity and employee engagement strategies on a global scale. Before that, from 2009 to 2015, Liz was the Head of Cultural Transformation, leading a cultural transformation program focused on creating an open and inclusive management culture. Additionally, they served as the Head of UK Human Resources from 2006 to 2009 and as the UK HR Manager from 2004 to 2006 at BNP Paribas Securities Services. Earlier in their career, Liz worked as an HR Manager at Cogent Investment Operations and as an EMEA HR/Resource Manager at Electronic Data Systems. Liz began their career as an HR Consultant at Grosvenor. Liz brings a wealth of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, cultural transformation, and diversity to their roles.
Liz Raczi's education history begins in 1974 when they attended Southend High School for Girls, where they completed their O'levels. Liz then went on to pursue their education in the field of Human Resources. In 1998, Liz attended BPP University and completed the Professional Education Scheme, specializing in Human Resources. From 2003 to 2004, they furthered their studies at BPP University by completing the Post Graduate - Professional Development Scheme, focusing on Human Resources Management and Services. Liz then enrolled at the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development in 2005 and graduated in 2006 with an FCIPD degree in HR.
In addition to their formal education, Liz Raczi has obtained several certifications. In 2011, they received a Certificate in Workplace Mediation from ACAS. In 2010, they earned a Diploma in Cultural Transformation Tools - Building a Vision-Guided, Values Drive Organisation from the Barrett Values Centre. Liz also obtained a Diploma in Cultural Transformation Tools Foundations Training from the same institution in 2010.
