Alessandro Bellati has a strong background in product innovation and design. Alessandro began their career at the University of Padua as a Ph.D. student in "Motorcycle engineering" and completed their studies in 2006. Alessandro then joined DAINSE as an R&D engineer, specializing in developing airbag technology and micro inertial platform electronics. Alessandro later became a Senior Project Manager, leading projects such as D-air racing, an innovative airbag protective device for professional riders. In 2013, Alessandro moved to Safilo, where they held various roles, including Innovation Manager, Product Creation Director, and Director of Front-end Innovation and North America Product Design and Creation. In these positions, they oversaw product development, coordinated design teams, and provided project management expertise.

Alessandro Bellati earned their Doctor of Philosophy degree in Mechanical Engineering/Motorcycle Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova. Alessandro attended the university from 2003 to 2006.
