Jean-Christophe Grail is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in quality management and supplier performance within the aerospace industry. Currently serving as the Supplier Performance & Quality Director for the Landing Gear Integration Division at Safran since August 2006, Jean-Christophe leads a global team, focusing on risk mitigation, business-driven performance, digitalization, and ramp-up management post-COVID crisis. Prior roles at Safran include directing the Wheels & Brakes Division and managing the Procure-To-Pay process, as well as contributing to various positions in quality assurance and supplier development. Jean-Christophe's prior experience includes development quality management at Dura Automotive and quality engineering roles at MANN+HUMMEL Group and Faurecia. Academic credentials include master's degrees in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering & Materials and Mechanical Engineering, along with an MBA from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School.
