Sabine Haman

Sabine Haman serves as the Group Chief Human Resources & Communication Officer at Rexel since December 2022 and has held various senior leadership roles at Safran since 2012, including EVP, CHRO Digital Transformation & Employee Experience 4.0. Sabine is also a member of the Safran Digital & Information Systems Board and the Safran HR Board, overseeing a global workforce of 76,000. Earlier in the career, Sabine worked at Airbus in multiple Vice President roles focusing on strategy, talent development, and human resources across significant aircraft programs. Sabine's foundational experience includes legal and HR roles at MBDA, complemented by advanced degrees in Human Resources Management and Business Law from Aix-Marseille institutions.
