Alistair Gordon-Watt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service operations, digital development, and cloud infrastructure. Currently serving as the Head of Service Operations and Technical Consultant at Sagacity since April 2020, Alistair manages cross-functional Scrum teams across various sectors. Previously, Alistair held the role of DevOps Manager at Tiso Blackstar Group, leading Agile teams in the Google Cloud Platform to enhance product reliability and reduce costs. Alistair also served as Development Manager and Business Analyst at Times Media Group, where Agile methodologies were implemented to adapt to a dynamic newsroom environment. Early career roles include Systems Analyst at UTi Distribution and Analyst Developer at Barloworld Limited. Alistair holds a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from the University of South Africa, an Executive Programme in Corporate Strategy from Singularity University, and a National Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Johannesburg.
