Diane Dao is a seasoned Senior Insight Analyst and Manager currently at Sagacity since December 2022, previously serving in similar roles at REaD Group Ltd from May 2016 to December 2022. Diane has extensive experience in team management, recruitment, training, and project proposal development while optimizing reporting processes and utilizing predictive analytics. Prior roles include Insight Analyst positions at Naked Communications Europe and Wunderman UK, where Diane focused on data analysis, client engagement, and campaign management. Diane began a career as a SAS Programmer at Covance, contributing to dataset production and documentation. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Northumbria University.
